This project, named Binding Void ZH, is a stunning architectural design created by Tarek Ibrahim. Inspired by the unique personalities of the homeowners and the exceptional natural surroundings, this villa showcases a harmonious blend of form and function. Located in Mount Lebanon, the site offers breathtaking views of the sea and mountains, which have been incorporated into the design to create a truly remarkable living space.

Body

The villa is a reflection of the homeowners' distinct personalities. The husband is a social individual who embraces life openly, while the wife is a social introvert who values her privacy and personal space. Despite their differences, both agree that a home should be a place of happiness and relaxation. With this in mind, Tarek Ibrahim delved into the meaning of happiness and translated it into spatial elements that reflect the unique characters of the homeowners.

The steep slope of the plot was ingeniously utilized to create various outdoor spaces. One of the standout features is a pool that overlooks the magnificent mountain range and the sea. This pool is framed by the building elements, creating a seamless connection between the interior and exterior spaces. Additionally, an outdoor seating area on the upper level provides extra privacy, while a safe space for children to play adds to the functionality of the design.

Realizing the design required careful consideration of the site's topography. The integration of the steep slope into the design allowed for the creation of different outdoor spaces that take full advantage of the spectacular views. The villa stands tall at 21 meters and spans 7 meters in width, offering a total of 400 square meters of living space.

Binding Void ZH is a testament to Tarek Ibrahim's exceptional design skills and his ability to create a space that reflects the unique personalities of the homeowners.
